We deliver all over the world, with exception to some countries.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific. For security reasons, all Voloq online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. Courier companies usually call the customer to checks their availability. In case the delivery fails, the parcel is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Voloq.com is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
We process & dispatch your order within 12 hours of your online booking. Post that it depends upon the location & ranges from 2 to 4 business days for orders to be shipped within India. Any customized orders will take 24-48 hours to process & dispatch. International orders are shipped within 24 hours of booking online. Depending on country & the FedEx service it takes anywhere between 7-12 business days to reach the destination

We are open 6 days a week & orders are processed & dispatched throughout. Post dispatch the product delivery depends entirely on the logistic company and the region of delivery. Orders made during public holidays & weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Excessive wear and tear, animal damage, abuse, misuse or neglect, accidents or damage incurred as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by a third party, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions is not covered by our warranty.
General wear is the natural breakdown of materials over a long period of normal usage. Just like demins which ages after years of wear, you may see maturity of the canvas & other material on the bag. Once you’ve put enough miles on it, that luggage may show some scuffs on the corners that see a lot of traffic. This isn’t a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If a Voloq item has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’ll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PRODUCT CARE

Remember, Voloq bags made from natural materials like canvas are organic items; they will mature according to the way they are used. We have curated specially shaded grained man-made leather look along with canvas which will mature in shade and take shape as per its user. Hence maintenance of your bag and other small goods is important, if you want to enjoy them for years. With these basic guidelines and you’re good to go!
Cleaning the product – Remove dirt, food crumbs and other potentially staining substances from the bag after you return home or periodically if required; with a moist cloth. Brush off properly using the soft bristle brush provided by us. This will prevent the substances from being ground into your bag’s liners. If you are one of those who likes the rough rugged look, you can restrict yourself to removing staining substances. Waterproofing the product – Our bags are water repellant though taking extra caution by applying natural paraffin wax yearly or before the start of rainy or fall (snow) season will reinstate the wax layer and increase the lifespan of the product. Apply wax on outer layers only and along the edges. Storing the product – When not in use, fill your bag with stuffingand keep in its original dust bag provided by Voloq. Try to avoid plastic bag covering as Voloq bags are made of canvas material which is organic and requires breathing. Just keep in any closet or other areas with good airflow and which has low humidity or direct access to sunlight. Packing of product – It is advisable to keep caps on pens and other pointed items, as these may indent or tear the lining of your bag. Even though our bags has tough tensile strength and are tested, it is ideal not to overload your bag. Placing heavy items in your bag may cause the straps or handles to stretch or break.
Well cleaning regularly is the key towards preserving the appearances of your valued possession. Every other day, give your bag a brisk sweep with a soft brush and dry cloth. In no time the dusting will be done which will help your bag’s canvas and other material to be fresh in look and will go miles towards serving its purpose. In case of a stain we recommend using a solution of lukewarm water, squeeze half lemon and a spoon of vinegar. Moist a clean cloth in this solution, and gently rub on the affected area. Then put another cloth in lukewarm water and rub it over to prevent damaging the material. Please note that none of our items are machine washable and we don’t recommend sending your item to be dry-cleaned.
We have used tough resilient canvas which has high tensile strength. We suggest you not to overstuff your bag to avoid premature wear and tear. Different bags has different load bearing capacity depending on its size and built. Our bags are designed to carry items for daily personal use, if you respect the capacity you’ll be fine.
